How to Book your Pilates Session

What to Expect

Your first session is all about getting comfortable with Pilates! We’ll go over the basics, discuss any injuries or goals you have, and move through gentle exercises to get you familiar with the practice. No pressure, just movement at your own pace!

What to Bring to your Session

  • A Yoga or Pilates Mat (if you have one—extras may be available)
  • Comfortable, Stretchy Clothing (that allows for free movement)
  • A Water Bottle (stay hydrated!)
  • Grip Socks (optional, but great for stability)
  • An Open Mind & Willingness to Move!

Policies & Studio Etiquette

  • Cancellation Policy (E.g., 24-hour notice required for cancellations.)
  • Arrival Time (Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.)
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene (Wipe down your mat after class, avoid strong perfumes, etc.)
