Other Common Questions

Can I do Pilates while pregnant?
Yes! Pilates can be a great prenatal workout, but modifications may be needed. Please consult your doctor and let me know before class so I can adjust movements accordingly.

Is Pilates different from yoga?
Yes! While both focus on breath and mindful movement, Pilates emphasizes core strength, stability, and controlled movements. It’s more focused on building functional strength and body awareness.

Do I need to be flexible to do Pilates?
Not at all! Pilates improves flexibility over time, so don’t worry if you’re not bendy now.
